Air Duct Cleaning
Our professional air duct cleaning removes contaminants from HVAC systems using Source Removal technology. This method employs high-powered vacuums and compressed air to eliminate dust, allergens, and debris buildup. Regular maintenance improves indoor air quality, reduces energy costs, and extends equipment lifespan. The process takes 2-4 hours depending on home size and system complexity. Customers receive before-and-after demonstrations to verify results.
Air Duct Sealing
Aeroseal duct sealing technology permanently seals leaks in HVAC systems from the inside. This process reduces energy loss by up to 40% while improving air quality. Certified technicians use real-time monitoring to ensure complete leak elimination. The non-invasive method requires no wall cutting and takes 3-5 hours. Lasts for the system's lifetime with proper maintenance.
Commercial Air Duct Cleaning
Large-scale duct cleaning for businesses using industrial-grade equipment. Addresses contamination from heavy foot traffic and commercial HVAC demands. Improves workplace air quality while meeting health regulations. Typically reduces energy consumption by 15-25%. Includes comprehensive system inspection and documentation for compliance purposes.
Certified Ventilation Inspection
NADCA-certified ventilation inspections identify contamination and structural issues in commercial HVAC systems. Technicians perform detailed assessments using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools. The scope includes air handling units, supply/return ducts, and exhaust systems. Provides actionable recommendations with priority ratings for maintenance planning.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning removes lint buildup that causes fire hazards and reduces efficiency. Technicians clean internal ductwork and exterior vents using specialized brushes and vacuums. Process takes 1-2 hours depending on vent length. Recommended annually or when noticing longer drying times or excessive lint accumulation.

Questions
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Experts recommend every 3-5 years for most homes. Households with pets, allergies, or smoking should schedule every 2-3 years. Commercial properties follow similar timelines based on usage.
What are signs of dirty air ducts?
Visible mold growth, excessive dust from vents, musty odors, and uneven heating/cooling patterns indicate duct contamination. Increased allergy symptoms also suggest needed cleaning.
Why choose Aeroseal duct sealing?
Aeroseal provides permanent, non-invasive sealing with guaranteed results. The patented process seals leaks from inside using microscopic particles, achieving energy savings up to 40% while improving system efficiency.
Is dryer vent cleaning necessary?
Yes, regular cleaning prevents fire hazards from lint buildup. Even with lint trap maintenance, professional vent cleaning removes escaped fibers that accumulate over time in internal ductwork.
How long does duct cleaning take?
Residential jobs take 2-4 hours depending on system size. Commercial projects vary based on facility size and system complexity. Certified technicians complete work without disrupting building operations.
What certifications do technicians hold?
Our team maintains NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist certifications. Technicians complete ongoing training in the latest cleaning methods, safety protocols, and duct sealing technologies.

Brett and Matt at Capitol Duct cleaning went above and beyond to help me today. Not only did they accommodate my schedule due to upcoming travel (thx to Amy too), they cleaned, and sealed my air ducts, and also helped troubleshoot how to best condition my crawl space to mitigate mold when the water table gets too high. They are top notch professionals, and just absolutely delightful people to work with. I will absolutely work with this company again!

I used to coordinate customer service classes. This company EXCEEDS my highest expectations! They return calls very timely. They have an "after hours" message service. Scheduling is effortless. They send updates when the tech is on the way...you even are given a tracking app to see how far away the tech is in your scheduled day/time. AND their pricing is reasonable and technicians are professional. I can't say enough good things about CAPITOL DUCT
CLEANING.

They were able to come out within 24 hours, remove the nest and clean our vent, and installed a barricade to prevent future issues. They were very thorough and provided in depth explanations. I have recommended them to all of our neighbors and will use their services in the future.

5 stars is not enough!! From the first interaction with Amy over the phone and beyond, I had a wonderful experience with Capitol Duct Cleaning. I had initially scheduled a duct cleaning for my new home, but when they went in with the camera it was discovered that I had a few ducts that needed replacement. The technicians, Brett and Sean, were wonderful and provided me with quotes that same day for the replacements.

They were very honest and provided me with a few different options, which was very appreciated and refreshing. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Capitol Duct Cleaning! They have me as a customer for life.

Capitol Duct Cleaning provides the best service! We quoted out a few companies when we first were looking for someone to clean and repair our ducting and no one compared to this company. We instantly felt like we could trust this business, they weren't going to cut any corners or be untruthful of what repairs needed to be done. The whole experience from customer service and quick repair time was 10/10! If you are looking for this type of service, just stop your search and go with Capitol! They're the best - thank you Capitol Team for the amazing service!
