My wife Connie and I, Chuck, can't say enough good things about Infinity Heating and Air. Our 32 year old furnace died on us. We googled local contractors and called a few. When Heather answered we knew we were on the right track. She took our data and very quickly we got a free home assessment from Ken and Bashar. They listened to our specific problem with no pressure for anything else. The word honest comes to mind. We set up a timely install date. Team members Jacob and R J were right on time and everything went smoothly. Ken and Bashar returned as work was wrapping up. They double checked all. Any questions or concerns we had were readily addressed. We also got help with arranging very satisfactory financial assistance. Would highly recommend Infinity. Staff and work are excellent.

Two years after installation (thus not under warranty) the ductless heater system developed a leak. We called Infiniti Heating & Air, who provided larger than expected estimate for a leak, search and repair call. I am a DIY guy, but I knew that I needed a professional. Jacob came & reasonably quickly fixed the problem. I then understood the reason behind the cost because they had to retest the system, then pump out their special leak-test fluids and then reinstall the coolant, all under pressure & time consuming. But how nice to have warm air again. AND the final bill was several hundred dollars less than the estimate! Id definitely use them again.

Great communication. Thoroughly went through equipment that was being maintenanced. Will continue to use in the future.

This the company to use. Ken and Bashar helped us install a new furnace. Biggest thing these are real good people. Ken (owner) is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. Bashar stayed in contact the whole way and went above and beyond. I could go on. Might invite them back to the house for some homemade NY style pizza. And they are BBB accredited.

Very professional and nice staff! They were able to fix the problems as they come up especially since our hvac system is pretty old so a lot of hidden problems we didnt know of and they were very responsible in the fact that they took their time to come back two days in a row just make sure our ac is running! I would definitely choose them if you are within their service area!

My AC stopped working in the middle of a heat advisory. As you can imagine, they were very busy and it took a couple of days to get someone out. The technicians showed up at the early end of our appointment window, were responsive and diagnosed the issue promptly. I was very happy to have my AC back up & running.

AC went out during the hottest days of the summer and Infinity was able to get to us within 24 hours and fixed the issue on their first visit. Friendly staff from the person answering the phone to the techs that came out to work on the AC unit. Would highly recommend.

We've had multiply companies come out and all guess what the problem is and replace parts. Still didn't fix the issue.
Ken at Infinity came right out when I called him and within 5min knew exactly what the problem was. Did his work and 10min later we had icy cold air coming out of our vents again.

We had no heat pump or auxiliary heat. We are a little ways out of town, but they had no problem with that. Technician arrived early and went right to work. Found the problem very quickly and repaired it on the spot. The cost was competitive and fair. I would definitely use them again.

Our furnace started making a weird noise. They came out and looked at it and cleaned a couple spots and been working good since. They answer and return calls to stay in touch with you.

They did excellent job at our daycare center. They were very professional, on time, very patient. Ken, Austin and the team were very flexible with our schedules and very responsive for our questions. They cleaned up everything after their job. Overall I give them 5 stars.

We used this company to install a new furnace/ac unit due to an improper install when the house was built. Showed up on time and rushed us into their schedule which means alot during the cold season. Very informative on any questions I asked, very professional when it came to the task at hand. Updated with the progress and what to expect from beginning to finish. Offered a free ac charge during the spring since they were unable to get accurate readings when discharging/charging prior to installation due to the cold temperature outside. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality work. Now our house is nice and toasty thank you!!!

Matt was my technician and he was personable, knowledgeable and all around excellent.

We have used Infinity since 2016 for our heater service. Recently our water heater started leaking and out of 3 quotes they were the best. They were on time and left the area where the water heater was better than they found it. We also asked for a quote on getting a.c. installed and got it the same day. Great service and good people.

Ken and his team were fantastic right on time, I felt very comfortable around the guys working on the house. They were great with my Golden Retriever who would not leave them alone. The quality of work is top notch and I would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks again Ken and team!!

My heater control board went out Infinity went above and beyond to fix my problem, and as quick as possible. My wife had to have surgery today, and Infinity not only went out of their way to get us a new control board, they worked around our time frame for surgery. This service is the best. From the first phone call to the repair! We 100% would recommend Infinity!
