My roommate and I are walking back from the mailbox and I see Traviss work vehicle. On the spot he has a business card and informs me the issue with the garbage disposal is fixable and I can make an appointment as soon as today and he could be over to fix it, l called and made the appointment to which he showed up fairly quickly ! Professional and always ready to teach he shows us how to avoid this issue in the future. Super happy and I believe Travis was heaven sent because he wasnt aware as to how stressful this had been on us and not being able to really use the sink. Thank you SO MUCH! Nathan with RooterMan was able to come to my house the same day for a pipe/sewer line backing up. He found the hidden clean out (I had no idea where it was), was super nice/calm/professional and explained everything to me as he found things. Walked me through the whats and hows and got it fixed with minimal intrusion. I would 100% recommend him and will be using him for future needs emergency and non-emergency. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, honestly!

Technician Travis was at my door within 15 mins and he quickly found the problem. He was able to snake the sewer line under the house and clear the small roots and clog in short order. Really appreciate his knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend Travis and Rooter Man for any plumbing issues!

Travis was excellent!!! We had an emergency leak through our ceiling on a Saturday and we were incredibly worried about the amount of damage and how much it would cost. Rooter Man sent Travis out to us asap and he was able to very quickly diagnose what the issue was and fix it for us on the spot! We are so pleased with the results and relieved at the quick resolution and reasonable cost. We cant thank Travis and Rooter Man enough!

Rooter Man is where it's at if you want quick and professional service at very reasonable rates. Travis was actually able to rearrange his schedule to come by earlier than the reserved appointment, which helped me out. He was very quick and the install was perfect. He offered to haul off the old toliet, which was great. I eill definitely be calling them again!

Alex was a great technician. Had a clogged drain on Saturday morning, he was at my house in 20 minutes and fix the problem in less than an hour. He was friendly professional and turned what I thought to be a disaster of A-day into a rather pleasant experience. I will be using router man for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Professional, friendly, helpful and speedy! Alex was our service technician and was fantastic. Helped us install a new garbage disposal and faucet and walked us through all the features. Quoted a fair price for quality work before he started, disposed of all the old parts, cleaned up the work and didn't even wake up the kids who were napping. Alex was awesome. Needed a sewage line auger on a Sunday; he reached out within 10 minutes and was on site in less than an hour. He allowed me to be involved with the fix, from explaining what we were looking at in the camera, to providing advice on next steps. Couldn't have been more knowledgeable or friendly.

Travis is Awesome! While the washer was spinning, the water backed up to my kitchen sink and my toilet bowls. I called Rooter Man and within 1/2 hour Travis came; he scoped the pipe and found bellies which cause backups; he managed to get it unclogged; then found a second outlet pipe and checked to be sure it was not clogged. Everything is 'back to normal'; thank you a ton, Travis--you are one in a million.

I had a plumbing emergency that occurred on July 30th. It was recommended that I call Rooter Man which I did. Arrived within 45 minutes and worked over 2 1/2 hours resolving my main line which was plugged. Doug was the service person. He looked at what was going on and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was very professional, went right to work, and found where the line was plugged and opened it. He was very neat and cleaned the bathroom area where he worked. He solved the problem and everything is working well. I would highly recommend both the company and Doug.
