I had an HVAC Tech step through my living room ceiling and needed it repaired. After getting several quotes I went with Tom w/ the Patch Boys. He was very professional, talked me through what it would take to repair, and he was a great communicator. After the initial repair was done, I called him because I wasnt 100% satisfied with how it looked. I was extremely impressed, rather than avoid me he took my feedback to heart and came back out to my house and fixed the cosmetic issue I had. Youll see in the picture the repair looks excellent now. I would definitely use Tom and his crew again if I needed another drywall repair.
