Victor and Willie were awesome. They went above and beyond and made this an easy experience. We had septic water backing up into the house the week of Thanksgiving and they were in and out quickly and efficiently while educating me and fixing the problems. These guys realized the E-one systems in some areas would get full fast during the power outage. Within a couple hours of us contacting them and relaying that multiple homes in our neighborhood required pumping, they showed up and got to work. Without them, we surely would have overflowed.

Our septic system backed up on us Sunday and Monday afternoon Victor and Nico were at our house to help! They were extremely friendly and professional. Victor did a thorough inspection of the tank, lines, and filter. He thoroughly checked multiple times if the system was draining properly. They solved the problem and were very pleasant!

I called Herrings after noticing some liquid on top of the tank. Craig answered my call and asked me to text over my address. Victor sent me a text letting me know that I was on the list and that they would give me a call when they were 45 minutes away. Victor and Isaha arrived and informed us of what they would be doing. They kept us informed and aware of everything that they were doing as well as potential problems and solutions.

They were very professional and respectful of our yard. They did a thorough inspection, replaced an older type of filter, and found a leak that we will need a plumber to assist with. I would highly recommend them.

They just put in my new septic tank. I was not home for the install but my cousins and parents was very impressed with Chris and his crew. They was very professional thru the whole install. We had an issues but Chris made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. They are hard workers and made sure everything was done right. Heather in the office was a delight to deal with. They arrived and fixed the septic tank the same day I called and worked with me on scheduling a good time to meet. I was very impressed with their professionalism and results! They quickly fixed the issue (needed a new filter and emptying of the Septic Tank) and then cleaned the mess prior to leaving. I fully intend to continue using them for future service!

It was an interesting experience dealing with these guys. I can't really attest to their professionalism because there was a lack of it. First, I go meet them at my home and they apparently got my address mixed up and dug up a neighbor around the block's yard to find their septic by mistake. They eventually make it to my house and work quickly. They ended up charging more than quoted amount due to breaking one of the concreted septic caps.

That might be understandable, but leaving the trash behind is very unprofessional. At the very least maybe throw your trash in my trash can rather than just leaving it about. I did speak to the owner about the issue who commented on the fact that it is standard procedure to leave the trash behind. Go figure. (I've edited rating to show 4 stars after my initial 2 star review. They called to try to remedy the issue.)
