I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and what would have taken me half the day these guys did in less than an hour. Great job great service my new go to plumbers.

They were able to accommodate a same-day request ( I called late in the afternoon), and they resolved the issue promptly the next morning. Tree roots broke a pipe in our front yard.

Ryan checked, showed me the result and quoted the cost of repair. He replaced the pressure regulator and set the correct setting- all in a short time. I'm completely satisfied with the result. Just courteous and competent service!

Competent and professional service. The only negative was price. Very expensive to change the water filters in the filtration system. It took approximately 15-20 minutes and the charge was $225. We had already purchased the filters, so that was a labor charge only.

Very friendly and professional, technician showed up on time, evaluated my problem and advised me it wasnt a plugged shower that it was the main line and would require special equipment that he didnt have, within minutes he had a second technician with equipment in route to my house. 20 minutes later tech was there and had my main line cleaned out ( I had tree roots in my line, caused by my huge trees ) over all I had two technicians at my house and job completed within 40 minute. Thats great service.

Travis did a great job fixing an outdoor plumbing leak and explained exactly what he would do and what he would do to cause minimal damage to the wall to fix the problem. He treated the work as if he was working on his own house. This is the second time Ive used them for my plumbing issues and will continue to do so.

Last August I had a slab leak (luckily it was caught very early by my smart water meter) and called several local plumbers to get some estimates. I ended up selecting OneStop Plumbers to do the repair. Travis from OneStop Plumbers was very honest in his estimate about what I needed and didn't need. Besides the pipe repair, we also decided to replace our old water heater and regulator since they were experiencing some issues due to their age.

The installation went smoothly and we soon had hot water again for our kitchen and bathroom. Our new water heater is quiet and more efficient than the old one. The new water pressure regulator is better suited for our house size and Travis even replaced the spigot to a more convenient location for connecting a hose. I highly recommend selecting OneStop Plumbers for all your plumbing needs.

Sometimes it is hard to figure out who to trust for projects that need to be fixed. We feel that our trust was well placed with the people from one stop plumbing. We recommend their services. We had a plumbing issue arise on a project that we originally felt we could handle. They were able to come out and fix the immediate issue so we could have running water for the weekend.

Great experience with OneStop Plumbers from A-Z. The woman who answers the phone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After describing to her the problem we were having, she was able to pin point a few potential causes right over the phone and give me an idea of what it would cost to repair each potential cause. After the service technician (Nick) arrived, he was able to identify the issue right away and very efficiently fix it. He was quick and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

They are truly the best in the business. My water heater needed to be fixed. We have American Home Shield and I first called them to come and repair the water heater only for the company who was sent out to look at the water heater and state it needs to be replace and it will cost us $500 installation. My family went a week without hot water waiting on American Home Shield to replace the water heater which they did not.

I called them at 2:00 p.m. and Ryan and Nick were at my house at 4:00 p.m. and my water heater was fixed by 4:30 p.m. They were very polite and the price to fix the water heater was extremely reasonable.
