Lenny was great, he was very thorough and did both my pre-drywall and final inspections. He explained everything as he went through and I had the report the same day. They were super flexible and were able to fit me in on short notice after I had to reschedule multiple times due to building delays and weather. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Ellingwood Pro Home Inspections. We scheduled an inspection for our newly purchased home. Ellingwood Pro came out and over delivered. Walked us thru each inch of the home, the report and provided low cost recommendations on any issues or improvements we had questions about. Extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the field. Ellingwood and Geremey our inspector were nothing but solid professionals. Very responsive and a very thorough inspection process. Geremey showed up on schedule, performed a thorough inspection and then walked through with us to show us everything he had found item by item. This company is very professional, and I'd recommend them to anyone who is wanting to have a home inspection completed prior to purchasing a home! They are very thorough in their inspections and they break things down in a language you can understand without all the technical talk. This company helped me in dodging a bullet in regards to a purchase I was looking at, and helped direct me to the people I needed to talk to in order to determine what I needed. All in all GREAT company and would recommend to anyone!
