Zen did a decent job on our 25+ window home. The window options were simple and clear and we were pleased with the planning portion. The project was delayed and rescheduled several times due to overlapping projects and communication was slow between the contractor, subcontractor, and I during this time. Once the crew was on the job, it was done quickly and within the timeframe given.
The quality was ok, but we have had to re-caulk where it was lacking and touch up where there was excess. The trim was damaged during installation in several places so we had to replace/repair. Overall, we are pleased with the value that Brad and Zen Windows provide and have recommended them to others.

My daughter referred Zen windows when I was looking for window replacement. Super easy working with Brad. Over the phone he asked how many windows needed replacement and then sent an email with a brochure. Brad measured my windows, confirmed the estimate and when the windows came in, the installation team was punctual, professional and friendly. In only day, the old windows were out and the new windows were in. The next day they finished caulking the outside. The installation team was neat and clean. Everything looked great when they finished. I was and I am still pleased.

The best thing about working with Brad, and Zen Windows here in Nashville is that no job is too big or small. I first did 2 windows. I was satisfied with the work. Then I came back the next two years and did 10 more and then 12 more windows, including several very large windows on the second floor of the house. Brad is great. He knows that he will earn your repeat business. No pressure. Get the job done at the rate that you can afford.

I was impressed with ZEN Windows. Besides having the best prices I could find after multiple quotes the product has been great. Had Zen replace 14 windows on our home. Was very pleased with the look and price of the installation. House is much better sealed now and windows are easy to clean with their tilt in feature. The price was much less than Pella or Anderson so we gave there name to several people I knew who were looking at getting new windows. Would recommend Zen for any window replacement jobs.

In final preparations for the five window replacements, Brad made a suggestion for four windows re sizes of panels which I immediately accepted as I was about to suggest it myself. This was to have the center panel of the window being much larger and the two side panels smaller. This provides a larger, uninterrupted view which my wife especially likes on the bedroom window. We are one of very few in this large condo complex who have this arrangement. Installation went smoothly with Brad everywhere making sure all was done well.

My window replacement from Zen was awesome. Not only were they cheaper and faster than the big guys, but they didnt upsell me and pester me or try to get me to buy something that day. They didnt even have to come to the house until the day of the install. I recommend Brad and Zen Windows to friends regularly because of how great a job they do. Five stars

Our windows were getting old and falling a part, and I decided to look into windows replacement. Zen Window will give you an out-the-door quote just by answering a few questions. They don't even have to visit your house. I liked the experience of getting a quote for the windows costs with options broken down. I also liked not having to listen and watch an in-person sales pitch in my home.
I liked being able to purchase the windows with no money down until installation. The were a few minor issues with installation, but they weren't the fault of Zen Windows. The minor issues were addressed quickly. It was a great experience overall. I felt that the window replacement was a great value too.

Zen Windows was amazing. Brad was very engaged and made the whole window replacement process easy. Quotes from the big box stores and other window companies were almost twice as much. We were able to get the windows we wanted with prairie style grids way under budget while also getting them installed faster than anyone else. We also had 2 windows with a little rot that Brad and his crew took care of as part of the installation and also reassured us if they discovered a bigger problem in the wall they could handle it for a more than fair small fee. We could not be happier. We would wholeheartedly recommend Zen Windows to anyone looking for window replacement. Thank you, Brad!

I researched a few different companies before settling on Zen Windows. Brad was very easy to work with. He offered me exactly what I wanted and no high pressure sales. The estimate was done online and Brad came out to measure the windows. Juan and his crew were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. So far, everything looks just fine. Zen windows of Nashville, owner, Brad Alexander replaced 39 windows in our home 5 years ago. We have been very pleased with them. The workers did a great job in a timely manner. The product has held up well. Yesterday we had them out to fix one window that would not stay open and they repaired it, no charge and lifetime warranty.

I had a very good experience with Zen Windows. The quote was easy to understand and competitive. Brad was really great and the installer was professional and cleaned up very well when he was done. All of my questions were answered and I had several of them. I got three windows and a sliding door. The windows were an unexpected purchase due to a crack in our old window, but we will certainly be using Zen to start replacing other doors and windows in the future.

The best recommendation I can give for Zen Windows is to tell you that we have just this week bought 20 more windows that today Brad and his crew completed installing. which is to say that every window in our house plus a couple of doors are from Zen Windows.

We chose Zen Windows after a lot of research and were not disappointed in the least. Brad, (owner) is professional and friendly. He stays in contact and does what he says. He is also very transparent about his windows, (something rare in the window business). His crew is great. They were friendly, fast, and made sure everything was spotless when they were done.
It's been about a month since the windows were installed and the difference is amazing. The heat is all but gone coming through the windows and it has been really hot here in middle TN. The sound deadening is an unexpected benefit and we love it. We highly recommend Zen Windows.

Very easy to deal with from start to finish. No pushy sales people and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I told Brad what my budget was and he made it work, no hassles. Placed my order online, Brad came out to measure, and the windows arrived earlier than expected. The windows look fantastic! Juan was very professional and did a meticulous job with the installation.
