Excellent work. Andrei was FAST to answer my call and FAST to schedule a same day appointment with Alex. Alex came and diagnosed the problem with my VIKING Dishwasher quickly and easily. The repair took less than an hour and the area was cleaned up before Alex left. The pricing was very reasonable and the work done was professional and fast. Highly recommended. Second time using ASA appliance (Andre) I was able to quickly schedule an appointment, he showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and the dryer issue was resolved. I knocked out the venting system which caused lint inside the machine, could have led to a fire plus a fuse needed to be replaced. Thanks Andre!

Andrei immediately responded to our refrigerator repair request, and not only repaired the issue, but also put in extra efforts to ensure the issue would not happen again. He walked me through everything he did, made recommendations to keep the refrigerator running in top condition, and was courteous and professional throughout. My Viking oven 'mother board' broke after only 3 years of having it. I had used Andrei in the past to repair my dryer and I called him in a panic when when oven broke. Andrei showed up the next day - determined the problem and then once the part was in he came to repair the oven. It is now working perfectly. He was a pleasure to deal with. He fixed the problem, was fair with his pricing and left no mess after the repair. I would definelty use him again for any appliance repair I have.

I had a great experience with ASA Appliance Repair! Andrei came out quickly to repair my fridge. I was grateful because my food was thawing out! Andrei was friendly, yet very professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The charge was more than fair for what he did. He then fixed a couple of other things in my kitchen, which he didnt charge me for. I enthusiastically recommend ASA Appliance! Dont even bother looking for someone else!

I have to say that this is probably the best appliance repair company Ive worked with. The level of knowledge of this very complicated Viking refrigerator that Andrei demonstrated was spectacular. And not only did he diagnose the problem correctly and replace the icemaker on a 12 year old unit, he serviced the entire appliance so I would not be encumbered by future breakdowns. The price was fair. The speed with which he accomplished everything was impressive. This company is most certainly going into my phone as the top appliance repair option.
