I was re-ended on 65N while at a dead stop and Rocky Law did an amazing job with making sure all my car was taken care of as well all medical bills, and any expensive a related to the accident was taken care of as well. It was a rough start due to the insurance companies playing the blame game but Parker and his team stepped in and got everyone in the same page and was able to finally get a settlement which covered everything and then some. Thank you Parker and Rocky Law for ALL you did for me.

My back was injured when I was hit head on by a truck on the wrong side of the road. I called Rocky McElhaney the next day. Rocky called me to talk about the wreck and my injuries and asked what could be done for me that day. They immediately sent James Klein to my house to talk about the wreck. Over the next few months, James and the rest of the staff at the firm worked very hard for me in dealing with the other party's insurance company.
I was always kept up to date with every minute detail, but only when I asked! Overall I could not have asked for a better experience working with this firm. Five stars hands down. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to handle everything for you. You will NOT be disappointed with the results.

Rocky McElhaney is a great lawyer and if you need one who is gifted and has compassion for you and your family than he is the one. When Rocky took my case I had been waiting for a number of years for a back injury that I had on my job. I didn't think I'd be able to get a settlement because my employer wouldn't cooperate with me. But Rocky stepped in and took care of the matter for me and my family because he knows how to get real results and seems to know exactly what each of his clients are going through with their injuries. I would recommend him to anyone who's going through a lawsuit with a company. He is the man for the job! I would have gave him 12 stars but I could only choose 5 in this rating system.
