Kyle Hazen did a wonderful job. He explained everything he did, provided helpful product recommendations, and completed the job efficiently. He gave tips on keeping the drains flowing and even cleaned the gunk from our faucet sprayer for better water pressure. I didnt even know you had to do that. It was a smooth, easy experience.

I met the owner, Bill Fry, today while working on a job across the street. He was a great guy and owner, and he was bringing equipment out to his guy on the job site. Was kind enough to show me the software they use when I asked how he knew about the age of the house and the builder. Genuine Guy

Had Kyle H out today to repair two broken pipes (the weather) and also to install a new shower valve/trim for one of the bathrooms in my house. He did an excellent job, very professional, very thorough. Plumbing can be pricey and the results stay with you a long time in your home, so you want to use folks like Kyle @BillFry - I plan to for my next plumbing need (there's always something :)

Bill is very informative and professional. We have referred him to several people we know, especially after he was able to get us set up with a whole home water purification system. Belton water has very high chlorine, which is we affecting our daughter with eczema. After Bill came out, he skin is 1000 times better. If you are needing anything plumbing - call Bill Frey

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw.

My experience with Jesse & his helper was very pleasant! Best service Ive had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesses knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! He left my home only after ensuring everything was working properly & I was happy with the service! Thank you Jesse!
