I recently moved into a new house. I needed window blinds. I got some estimates. One company clearly stood out. BBN was an obvious choice. They were 2/3 lower price than the competitors. And they didnt call me every 45 minutes after getting the estimate to make the sale. One lady from 3 day blinds called so many times, we are going to send her a Christmas card.
For me, the two best parts are 1, I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. In my mind, the way I thought the blinds would look best around they bay window was different than what Al recommended. Als recommendation was less expensive than what I thought I wanted. Nice to feel like someone is more interested in making the final product look good rather than upselling you, even when it would have been easy. 2.
The blinds look amazing. They really transformed the inside of our house. And Als recommendation for the bay window looks awesome. Glad I listened to the professionals and not the idea I had in my head. Dont need any new recommendations for blinds. Just gonna call here and save the time.

I had a wonderful experience with Blinds by Nicolette. They truly are a one stop shop when it comes to window treatments. We had an in home consultation with Margaret who ultimately helped us create a custom design for our home. Diego, the installer, was timely in both our measurements appointment and the installation appointment. He left our home spotless. Great service from everyone who we met! I will definitely be using them for cleaning services in the future and would recommend Al and his team!

Vertical rack was broken for my front picture window. Denise came over the next day after I called and took measurements. When the parts came in an appointment was set up for removing the old hardware and replacing it. My appointment window was 10am to 1pm. Denise called me at 9:40 and said she would be there in 10 minutes. She did the job very professionally and quickly testing everything to make sure it operated properly.
When she left she said if there were any problems to call her. I would highly recommend this business. There was also excellent communication through the entire process leaving no questions.
