Ori was excellent: experienced, focused, and genuine my cared about getting the work done right. He keyed two ignition keys for my 2002 Boxster S, and took the time to epoxy the chips for durability, which I appreciated. He faced a few difficulties getting access to the Porsche computer under the driver seat since my seat rails were stuck, but took it in stride and didn't let it slow him down.

My tech was Ori. He came because I was struggling withing getting my key into my ignition. They apparently have lots of experience with this issue and he had it fixed in an hour despite having to replace all the pins. Very friendly, great service. And incredibly affordable.

My 2012 Hyundai Accent only had one key, so I had them make me two keys and key-fob for $205. It was much MUCH cheaper than getting the keys done by the dealership (about $500). They were professional, approachable, empathetic, and conversational. Great experience.
