Let me start by saying the entire Hero team is the kindest group of people I have ever had the pleasure to work with! They are genuine and truly want their clients to succeed. Our company has been in business since 1951 and over the past 25 years we have contracted several marketing companies for our online presence and HERO has outperformed, in just 3 months, any of the others that I was with for years.
They are abundantly knowledgeable in all areas of their services but also have extensive knowledge of our trade as well. They work closely with us and make themselves easily and readily available. The reports they provide us on a monthly basis are detailed with REAL data that is easy to understand & verify. They also walk through them with me and make calculated suggestions as to how to move forward based on our goals.
They created not only a beautiful website for us but ALSO one that is designed to perform & produce results.our Revenue has increased month over month! Our PPC cost has dramatically decreased, and our organic traffic has dramtically increased. Prior to HERO we were ranking in the high 30's for the most popular terms for our industry and in just 3 months there has been continued improvement.many are in low single digits and we are even dominating our entire service area for 1. I believe our decision to partner with HERO is one of the best we have made. My advice.do whatever you have to do to work with these guys! You will be glad you did!
