Very pleased with Nova Clean Chem Dry! Eric came, most pleasant young man, showed us stains we never knew we had with blue light (urine, nice droppings, old blood yuk). He was able to lift stains I couldn't believe we're possible to eliminate: Red wine and high traffic/eating areas accumulation over 10 years. I've had rugs cleaned at another home, lesser stains were not removed.
My boyfriend was referred to this company from a friend because of results and that the rug quickly dried. I will call Nova when I have my own rugs cleaned. Thank you Eric, you were wonderful and efficient. (I wish I had taken before/after photos)

Hired Eric from Nova Clean to clean up after one of our employees moving a customer out of a home that was closing the next day. Eric arranged for a 5am (yes, 5am) cleaning for the next day and in less than 24 hours crisis averted. Taking this job last minute less than 24 hours out helped us give our customer good service so I appreciate them coming in clutch!

Not only did Eric do a good job removing our difficult pet stains, making our old carpet look decent again, he helped educate us as to the type of retail products we should and ahould not use to spot clean our carpet in between professional cleanings. Eric from Nova Clean did an amazing job on our hardwood floors and tiles. We had a build up of oil soap on the floors that had to be scrubbed and removed. Eric restored the hardwood and the tile floors just about back to new condition. Eric is very knowledgeable on the right chemicals to use. Eric was very responsive and on time. I highly recommend Eric from Nova Clean for clean floors and rugs.

A week before we closed on our condo we determined we would be keeping the bedroom carpeting instead of replacing it. I called Eric to see if it was possible to work us into his schedule before we moved in the week after we closed. He was very professional and worked us into his schedule the day we needed the carpet cleaned. He showed up on time, was friendly, and was very professional. Novaclean cleaned the carpet in my basement family room after a construction project. It was really dirty. They did a WONDERFUL job! The carpet looks fantastic and there is no chemical smell. Working with Eric was an absolute breeze! I filled out his contact form and received a call back less than an hour later. Eric was on time, pleasant, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and what products he was using. He checked the fabric content and the content of the cushion cores, foam or down. He thoroughly vacuumed everything before he cleaned it. He cleaned 3 chairs, sofa and area rug. I was very happy with the end result and the price. My furniture and area rug look brand new. The products he used were all pet friendly. I will recommend him to my condo board and my friends. Our basement carpet was in a sad and desperate state after a year at home 24/7 with three dogs and a kid. Eric from Nova Clean did an amazing and thorough job of bringing our carpet back to life. He isolated allllll the spots where a certain doggo has been having accidents and treated them with a special cleaner. He was also super polite and professional, a pleasure to work with. Our carpet looks (and smells!) like new, and I love that it wasn't soaking wet for two days like when you have a steam cleaning. I highly recommend Nova Clean!

We had a serious odor issue from long-term uncleaned dog urine, and Eric was outstanding. He explained the science and his techniques, discussed possible outcomes and alternatives, and took ownership of the problem. He returned multiple times and followed-up with calls and texts. Eric Came and cleaned Grout in bathrooms and Kitchen floors. He also polished all of are granit counters. He was very professional and very covid aware.
