Glenn and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and reliable. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they showed up on time. Got my carpet cleaned this morning and Glenn and his team did a great job. He confirmed the day before, texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would, very friendly guy. My room feels so much cleaner and airy but most importantly my carpet wasn't drenched. I could already see my carpet drying within an hour after the service was performed. Glenn also provided tips for maintenance in between cleanings. I would definitely use his service again well worth the money.

We loved everything about our rug cleaning experience with Prime Time Chem-Dry. The appointment was easy to schedule and Glenn called twice before arriving to keep us appraised of his arrival time. Our rugs were quickly cleaned by Glenn and his staff. After a few short hours the rugs were dry and look great! We will definitely call again when our rugs need to be cleaned. Thank you!

There is NO SUBSTITUTE for the chemdry Pet Urine Removal Treatment. With the amount of dog pee we're talking about, we needed a miracle and that's what we got with Glenn Rosenbower. We tried another company first, and instead of removing the smell they just kind of spread it around so that the whole carpet reeked. We bought a UV light, and when saw the extent of the dog pee, it seemed totally hopeless.
The entire wall to wall carpet GLOWED with pee. We have two rescued dogs with PTSD who we thought we're making progress. They're small but they pee more than any other dogs I've ever met. Anyway, DON'T EVEN THINK about using another company. Just do it right the first time. The perfectly clean carpet smells great! Glenn even took care of the carpeted doggy steps. He was punctual, professional, and took on the case because he likes a challenge, Thank God!

Glenn did a phenomenal job cleaning our 10yr old crate and barrel microfiber sectional sofa. It had taken a beating from our kids. Lots of stains and overall was a bit grimy. We contemplated buying a new couch.but then we found Glen! Stains are gone and fabric feels like its brand new. It has that soft and comfy feeling again. Thank you for doing a great job Glen and chem dry. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Prime Time after having my couch, recliner & two are rugs cleaned. Glenn got right back to me after I left him a voicemail & was very flexible in working with my schedule. I was unaware that Prime Time cleaned tile floors & scheduled a second visit for my kitchen & bathroom floors. It was amazing to find the original grout color as well as the design in the tiles, which I never knew existed. Between the ink stain on my couch coming out & the tile looking like it was laid yesterday, Glenns work was money well spent!

I moved I to a new apartment in north arlington that came fully furnished. I was worried that the love seat may have seen a little bit too much love as might have the carpets. I called Glenn at Chem dry who was out the following day and gave all the furniture and carpets a thorough cleaning. It was extremely affordable and the carpets and sofas came out as new. I couldn't find any stains, even with the black lights. Glenn was very professional and I would highly recommend him
