Chem-Dri did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We had several stains from our sons puppy which I had tried to get out with natural cleaners. We paid a little extra for them to pre-treat the stains, but it was well worth it. He was very professional, polite, and thorough.

We have light carpet in our upstairs and in our steps. We also have 2 dogs and cats. It can get messy. Since using this Chem-Dry location and Ricky as our technician, I wont go anywhere else. Not only is Ricky very professional, very sweet and respectful, he is so very good at his trade. He takes the time to do it right and never rushes any part of it. We schedule our cleanings around his availability- every time. Cannot recommend him enough. Also, dealings with the office have also been wonderful. The ladies are respectful, polite, know their jobs and are as accommodating as they can be. Have never had an issue with calls not be answered timely, billing, pricing or scheduling.

Chem Dry is the best. We have used them for years at our home and rental properties. They show up on time, get in and out quickly and leave rugs looking great. Good on pet stains too. Highly recommend. Judy Perras Decatur

The overall service was good, the price was fair, however a few things can be improved, the technician did not wear any kind of protective shoes the standard application did not include any scent ingredient so it was pretty plain on that area the finish was good looking but not scent, and the technician was offering additional services so sales should be managed during the appointment not on site while you dont know if you need more and it should be perform for somebody train on sales.

This is not my first time using Chem-dry and they only get better and better. My technician was polite and knowledgeable. I've had many other companies to clean my carpets before but once I found Chem-dry I decided not to go anywhere else. The owners are engaged and thankful for the opportunity to gain our business. I was scheduled right before Covid-19 hit Georgia and then had to be rescheduled. I couldn't wait to receive the cleaning. I'm glad they're back on track and I hope they are in business a long time so I can benefit from such a great team.

The Chem-Dry Technician, Michael, arrived on time and immediately assessed my furniture and thoroughly explained what was needed to clean my coffee stained sofa Bernhardt sofa. Michael communicated with me every step of the way and included me in the process so I knew and understood what he was doing and why instead of just him just the cleaning my furniture without explaining anything to me. Michael cleaned my sofa, two living room chairs and one dining room chair. I appreciated Michaels professionalism and communication skill and will definitely call Chem-Dry and Michael again. Thanks, Michael!

I've had the pleasure of working with Keith F. for the second time. He is on time and is so nice! He was so patient with my little Corgi running around the room and trying to help whenever she can. Making an appointment online is super easy. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Keith!

I have used chem-dry on two occasions and both times have been very satisfied with the work. Robin worked very hard to get us scheduled quickly. Nick came on time and did a great job of cleaning our carpets.

I love ChemDry! Nicholas called before he arrived, was on time, efficient, clean, and courteous. The scheduling process was easy and pleasant. Will recommend a thousand times.

Just had my carpets cleaned on April 13th and it was excellent. The technician, Andy, was prompt, professional and courteous. The carpets looked brand new and this was the first time they had been cleaned since buying the home brand new 3 years ago. The cleaning made the whole house smell great. I wasn't pressured to purchase any additional services at all. I would and will 100% use Chem-Dry again.

We had multiple pet stains and odor in two bedrooms. Chem-Dry applied the PURT treatment as well as the sanitizer and the stains and odors disappeared. The carpets even look newer and definitely are fresher, and at a much lower cost than new carpeting! The PURT treatments are absolutely fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone experiencing pet stains and odors. Thank you Chem-Dry!
