Heres a review you can use: We cannot recommend Matt and Rita at Bay Breeze Chem-Dry highly enough! They did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning the carpets and hardwood floors in the home we purchased, which had significant issues with dog urine. From the start, they were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. The carpets and floors look and smell incredible now its like a completely different house!

They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done perfectly. If youre looking for a reliable and hardworking team, Matt and Rita are the best in the business. Thank you for making our new home truly feel fresh and clean!

Matt arrived on time; was very pleasant; and did an excellent job. My two white wool bedroom rugs are now as clean as new. The whole job took only 45 minutes, and the rates were very reasonable.

Great service by Chem Dry and the tech Josh. They were able to come out quickly to clean my carpets. Josh walked me through the process and gave his recommendations of what was needed for a proper cleaning. The end result was better than expected, some staining that we didnt expect to come out was gone. Would use again.

Then Josh came in and put his whole heart into getting my sectional looking brand new - he even hand scrubbed everything first to make sure that he got every nook and cranny! Quality work done promptly and efficiently!

So happy I chose Chem Dry for our recent carpet/upholstery cleaning. We have a giant sectional that we like to get cleaned once a year to keep it looking new (our dog also thinks its her jungle gym), and I was amazed at the quality and price. I was really impressed with the professionalism and quality work on my carpets today! We moved here a year ago and the previous owner was supposed to clean the carpets before we moved in. We arrived at the same time as the moving van and found crunchy carpets and a dog smell that emerged every time the house got warm. 1 year later and I could no longer stand it. Monica took the helm and made sure that every square foot of accessible carpet space was taken care of.
