I finally found out why people are so happy with Chem-Dry. Chem-Dry uses the same basic system on your fine home rugs, carpets, and furniture that is used to remove a drop of wine from the finest silk shirt. Even Chuck from Kindred Spirits restaurant today was commenting on how wonderful his carpets smell after being serviced by Omars crew at Chem-Dry of tri-cities. If you're thinking of having your carpets cleaned or surprising your mother-in-law for Mother's Day, I wholeheartedly endorse Omar and Chem-Dry of tri-cities.

Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities was so easy to set up an appointment. They were courteous and Jordan arrived within the time window promised. Jordan did a fantastic job exceeding expectations. We have five dogs, with two intact males, so the stain challenge was substantial. By the time Jordan was done, it looked like we had new carpeting; in a way I guess we did. Thanks CDTC and Jordan for a job well done! Youll be our go to for all our future carpet cleaning needs.

ChemDry is incredible! Darren called me about 15 minutes away and he hit the door running! The carpets look fresh, clean and ready for my 9 month old to crawl around on! We had a couple elderly dogs and cats that had bladder control issues. The spots, odor and foot traffic has disappeared! Darren had everything wrapped up so quickly, I barely had time for a nap! Thank you again for your incredible service! And give Darren a raise, he works way too hard!

Darren arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the carpet looking better than I thought it could after the pet messes it had seen. These guys were amazing! They picked up my area rug and dropped it off to me at work. They called and texted me when they got close to let me know they were almost there. They unloaded it and put it back in to my SUV for me. It looks beautiful and clean. The cost was minimal. I recommend these guys without hesitation. I will use them every time!

I cannot begin to explain how impressed with Chem Dry. I emailed at 2:03 asking for an appt, and at 2:08 I had a text confirming an appt for the next day. I was overwhelmed when I came home to find my dog had got on the counter and stained our carpets REALLY bad right before the holidays. They arrived in time, treated the carpet and it looks brand new! This is the 4th time Ive used them and theyve always been professional and efficient.

This is the third carpet cleaning company I have used in the last couple of years and Chem Dry completely exceeded my expectations. My carpets have never looked or smelt as great as they do right now, they were even able to remove a 5+ year old ink stain. Jordan was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend this company. They came to clean a sectional we bought that wreaked of disgusting pet odor. Jordan and another person (I dont remember your name, Im so sorry!) worked really hard and were very thorough. Jordan asked me to smell one of the cushions, and it still had a scent of pet odor on it. So they both re-cleaned many areas to get rid of the odor, which I extremely appreciate. After the work was officially done, the sectional smells SO MUCH better. Thank you so much! I really appreciate the detail and thoughtfulness.

We bought a house with cream colored carpet and it had very noticeable brown track marks from where the previous owners walked. The carpet looks brand new and smells AMAZING! Smells fresh without a super strong odor. I called and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Not only does the carpet look great, but I dont have to worry about my little ones absorbing the toxic chemicals, as their products are all green and non toxic with no dirt attracting residue. My carpets were relatively clean as I have a high standard for keeping them from shoe traffic, food spills, and clutter. I really just expected a good result with a process I thought was interesting so that I could see their quality and standard of workmanship. What I returned home to see were a brightness in my carpets I never had seen before. Some areas of stains I couldn't remove myself from a dog with a chocolate incident were completely clean. My furniture was moved and the carpet cleaned under it as well. Amazing brilliant job!

Im a homeowner with roommates. We had a roommate destroy our carpet (literally not one square inch was clear of trash, moldy food, or some sort of stale liquid). I thought it was unsalvagable but I wanted to give it a shot. Omar was easy to reach and best part he was available the very next day! Needless to say the carpets look brand new and the room smells great. Great prices too! Recommend to anyone

I wish I could give 10 stars! ChemDry is truly top notch in their product and service. I have had them clean everything from my entire house, furniture, a simple refresh of my main entrances and all the way to my massive microfiber sectional cleaned. Chem dry cleaned a recliner i had gave up on so well it looks like new! my carpets are great i clean them every year. if you dont clean your carpet every year and wait 3-5 years between cleanings its your fault for not taking care of them if they cant get them done like new they are not magicians! the men are professional and on time if you have a emergency they will get you in asap! i highly recomend them! also no harsh chemicals for pets! thank you chem dry! omar, jordan, wyatt and evan you rock!

Had our carpets cleaned from Chem-Dry a few weeks ago and they turned out great! It is a commercial account and some of the stains in the carpet were oil based and using his residue dryer and cleaning pads he was able to lift all the stains that were of concern. We did have a couple small stains that did come back that were really bad prior.so I gave him a call and he made an appointment right away came in and touched up the areas that needed to be touched up. He is very respectful and professional and most of all on time! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anybody that needs their carpets cleaned.
