The gentleman was very nice and courteous as I had three kids with me including a newborn. He was more then willing to help move things and even vacuumed, as I wasnt quite ready because they called and asked if they could come early which was welcome. The only thing that was shocking was price. Holy geez even with 20% off its up there. Also I had to have urine treatment and have 12 stairs (I know because they charge 3 bucks a stair lol) and neither of those were subject to the 20%.

I sort of understand the urine treatment but lol can I get my 20% off the stairs? The carpets dried fairly quickly and the work was really good. Its definitely something we have to save in our budget for the future but so necessary and wed call ourselves happy customers.

I was very very happy with the job that Chem -Dry did for us. We were on a tight schedule and they were very accomedatlong starting the job as late as 4:00. The drying time was only a few hours and my carpet looked beautiful. I will be using them again.

Absolutely loved how our carpets turned out. 1st of all the company was very wonderful at scheduling and following up to confirm. Derek was so kind and worked quickly. We had pet urine to deal with. After the cleaning the house and carpets smelled so good and I honestly can NOT smell any sign of pet urine! Will definitely call them again if I ever need my carpets cleaned!

They came in and everything was quick and easy. Great service and they said we can call back if the smell comes back within a week. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone.

Just had my living room furniture upholstery cleaned by ChemDry of Wichita. Appointment scheduling was quick and easy. The office called to let me know the technician was coming. Everything was cleaned quickly and looks great! 4 stars because I had to ask the technician to do both sides of the seat cushions, but he did promptly with pleasant demeanor. I would use ChemDry again!

I have used Chem-dry in the past in a different city and loved their work! This was no different! Alec was very professional and efficient. He cleaned 2 area carpets, our whole basement, 2 couches, a chair and ottoman. Not to mention, we have to large dogs that leave hair everywhere, and not a hair was seen on the finish products. This was done All within the allotted appointment time. All were super clean and smelled great! I will definitely use chemdry again!

I have used ChemDry of Wichita three times and have had a great experience each time. They did a thorough job cleaning an area rug and living room furniture. This time they also cleaned my upholstered dining chairs, which came out spotless and saved me from having to reupholster. I plan to use them again in the future.

I love the fact that they are thorough and have great specials as well as the added perk that my carpets dried within the hour instead of taking two or three hours like other carpet cleaning businesses I have tried.
