Another carpet cleaning company was unable to improve heavily trafficked dark areas in our light tan wall-to-wall carpet about 10-12 years ago. We finally decided to try Chem-Dry, and are very glad we did. Steve was able to make our 23-year old carpet look like new again. I wish I had thought to take a photo of how ugly it was before to post with this review.

I recently had a carpet cleaning service from Chem-Dry of NM. My service technician was Steven. He arrived as scheduled, took measurements and discussed the various carpet cleaning options available. He was very congenial, courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the results of his efforts. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry.

Shawn V. was a very professional and polite service technician. I was frantic that a recent carpet stain would not come out but he assured me hed do his best to try to remove. He not only removed the stain, he also did it in a timely manner. Not sure what cleaner they use but it left my carpet smelling like a wonderful citrus smell. Two thumbs up from me!

Just bought a new house and they were easy to get scheduled and were able to give me a close quote to what I ended up paying. The cleaner was nice and did such a nice job with our home. Today Steve and Ulises took great care in explaining their cleaning process and went the extra mile assisting with moving some furnishings from carpet to tile and tile to carpet to complete the job. We've used chem-Dry for three years now. They aren't the cheapest but I love them because my carpets dry in one day (we usually have them come in Sept). We have a ceiling fan, but no other fans and just leaving the windows open with our AC fan running all day does the trick and carpets are dry about the time my kids come home from school (3pm and they come at 8am).
With four kids, we can't wait for days for our carpets to dry. Steven is always professional and very thorough. We pay about $1100 for our 2 story 2800 square foot house (1500 is carpet) including the tip and taxes and everything, and that's for the highest quality tier.

We've used Chem-Dry for years to clean our area rugs and once again, they did a fantastic job for us. Very professional, always on time. The two large area rugs we just had cleaned came back looking years younger and super clean. We had them take the rugs to the factory for immersion cleaning and it was worth every dollar. We have been using Chem Dry for many years now. We have our carpets cleaned 4 times a year because we have dogs. They do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have 20 year old carpets and they still look new. I attribute it to the fact that we have them cleaned frequently which keeps the dirt, etc. (^%$&^$) from getting ground in. Their pet sanitizer works great if your puppy has an accident.
We also scotch guard the carpets as well. Travis, one of their techs/cleaners is excellent. He works hard to get the stains out. We schedule around his schedule. Our favorite staff people are Travis the tech/cleaner and Ashleigh the Administrator who calls us. They are great! Best cleaner company around!

I was having my car seats $ a tiny condo cleaned. It was easy to book over the phone & the pricing was good. When the man arrived it was snowing out but he was kind and easy to work with even though he had to clean the car in the cold. He also have me 3 pricing structures and explanations so I knew exactly what I was getting. All around, it was a great experience & Ill use them again.

Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

A while ago they had changed the spot remover from the foam spray to a liquid, which was a disappointment. We gave them our feedback on the change. Well, guess what? Chem-Dry has cleaned the carpets at several of my homes over the years. The few times I decided to give other cleaners a try, I felt like I wasted my money. The quality of their service is unparalleled: no other carpet cleaner has ever achieved the results Chem-Dry has on our carpets. They're also incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Albuquerque area to clean filthy and pet-disrespected carpets.

Jason with Chem-Dry did an amazing job on our carpet cleaning. Very thorough and efficient. Not only did he make sure we were happy with the result before leaving, but he made sure we were aware of the other services that they offer. He was very professional and helpful addressing our concerns. We have small dogs and a 2 year old so he made sure to focus on the problem areas and clean them thoroughly. We were very happy with the results and would recommend Chem-Dry to anyone!

Ill always use Chem-Dry to clean my carpet! This was our first time and Daniel (strongly suggest you have him do your cleaning) was very thorough and did an awesome job! I was so impressed with just how fast it dried after he left. You won't regret using them and they are on time and courteous as well!
