Justin and his team were amazing and so incredibly helpful during an extremely stressful time for us. They made everything seem less daunting. We rent our house out year-round, so when we heard from our tenants that our basement was flooded it was even more chaotic knowing we couldn't be there right away to assess the situation. Justin was there the very next day to walk through it with us and explain the process step-by-step.
He worked with us, and our tenants, to ensure they were comfortable with him entering the home (which was often considering the damages). When I had a bathroom plumbing leak that soaked the floor in the bathroom and adjacent areas, we contacted 1-800 Water Damage to help us dry out and repair the damage. They responded the same day, and started the dryout the next day. They were very familiar with the issues of this sort of damage, and quite careful to preserve as much of the structure as possible.
They also managed the interaction with our insurance company to provide evidence of the damage, and data on what was required in the restoration. All of their people that I came in contact with were always friendly, very helpful, and efficient in getting the work done well, and as quickly as possible. I happily recommend them to anyone faced with this sort of household emergency.

Truly cannot recommend this team and company more, they are fantastic! We just had a sewage back up two weeks ago, and then a furnace flood today, which was so stressful. Garrett and Cody handled this immediately and with such grace. Excellent company to deal with for our flooded basement and kitchen. Keith called me immediately, put me in touch with dispatch and next thing I know Im getting a call from Alex. Hes on his way over. We had quite a bit of damage and Alex and his team were so good to work with. Alex kept us in the loop on everything, even minor details. They were super clean too. Daniel Glenn and his team (Mac, Jamon, and Cam) did an exceptional job mitigating my water damage. Through no fault of their own, the job was delayed and ended up growing far past what was originally estimated. Daniel honored the original agreement and he and his team took on the enormous task of not only dismantling my entire basement, but also tending to the contents of my fastidious tenant.
