No one ever wants their basement to flood, but I'm so thankful we found 1-800 Water Damage in the process. Our insurance company contracted with them and they did such a great job on remediation we are continuing to work with them for repairs and called them out again for another potential project. Daniel and the whole team (Levi, Ricardo) have been so empathetic, honest, and open to explaining the process every step of the way.

Although I have a lot of experience in home renovations, Ricardo and his team helped me expand my knowledge in dealing with water problems. They were super prompt and extremely professional! They dried out the effected area, and checked on it through the the process! We were very pleased. I did not know this but my insurance claims adjuster told me that remediation services were required for them to pay a claim. Hopefully I will not require their services again but if I do they will be my first call!

We recently used 1800 water damage after a basement pipe ruptured on a Sunday afternoon. Geoff and his team were at our home within an hour and were professional, experienced, diligent, clean, efficient, and thorough in removing cabinets, drywall, insulation, carpeting, padding, vinyl, trim, and plumbing hardware then quickly set up the dehumidifiers, dryers, and a plastic containment area to mitigate the water damage in our home. Ricardo and his team were equally diligent and thorough in their daily follow ups and moisture testing while our basement was drying out. The entire team earned my trust and respect! I would highly recommend 1 800 water damage if you are ever in need of water mitigation services!

We were really impressed with Ricardo and the 1800WaterDamage team. After a stressful few hours of city sewer water gushing into our basement on a Saturday night, Ricardo came to the rescue. He was prompt and efficient and was out at our house the next morning cleaning up the mess. He was professional, easy to work with, and explained very well what they were doing and why.
We had no experience with water restoration, but Ricardo put us at ease and took care of us. He was also very accommodating to our busy schedule. Would highly recommend 1800WaterDamage! (Our plumber and our insurance company also spoke very highly of Ricardo's work!)
