Tony was courteous and fully explained details about my furniture and stain removal. He listened attentively and responded to all my questions. I was pleased to know that "Chem dry " does not use harsh chemicals that would harm pets or children. I told him the company that owns the franchise needs to change its name as I almost did not call your company as I was turned off by the name " Chem dry " thinking it was perhaps using strong chemicals in its cleaning formulas. Tony assured me he was not. The chaise and ottoman look better as does the chair. I'm very satisfied. Tony is a great representative of tge company. I will recommend you to friends.

Our son, daughter in law, 1 yr old granddaughter along with their 3 rescue dogs came to visit for 5 weeks. When they left they called ChemDry to Shampoo our carpets. They did an amazing job! The guy that came was professional, friendly and really cared in doing a great job! We even added the tile cleaning in our kitchen and bathroom. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely call again!

On 5/17/24, I had the carpet & upholstery services done which included the ooh so lemony fresh deodarizer. At least that's what I call it . When I say the pre-preperation of the apartment was great. Coffee stains and stains from outdoors were gone. You can smell the freshness through the corridors of the hallways of the apartment. I was approached 3x that day asking who and where the workers were from. I was excited to tell them Chem-Dry and give them your contact information. Thanks for taking good care of my mother's apartment. It is appreciated have a great day.

The gentleman from ChemDry were very professional. They telephoned me to let me know when they would arrive at my house. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves, then inspected the carpeting to be cleaned. I was given choices on which cleaning package that I wanted. The whole job was done in just about an hour. The carpeting looks brand new and smells great. We could not be happier.

Chem-Dry was AMAZING! I have a white carpet in my bedroom that got abused by my dog. Between his paw prints and multiple accidents I really needed a deep cleaning. The technician that came was great. He answered all my questions and offered solutions to my concerns. I absolutely recommend Chem-Dry and am anxious to have them back for a grout cleaning.

I was thrilled with your service today. I had a dark tea stain on my light beige rug. I tried to get it out myself without any luck. I have family coming over after Easter brunch and was panicking. They removed the stain and you would never know it was there! They also did my kitchen floor. It looks brand new. The grout is white again. Thank you Chem Dry. I won't use anyone else.

As always, the team at Chem-Dry was kind, courteous, and professional. It's amazing what they'll pull out of your furniture and carpets, everything in my living room looks brand new, and my dog has done a number on it. We get a cleaning done once a year. If you have animals and urine stains, pay the extra for their pet treatments - they really work and you can't expect the basic cleaning to effectively treat.

This was my first time using this company and I have to say by far the best company I ever had for carpet cleaning. More expensive than other companies but used extra cost for pet urine/stain treatment. I had areas treated for pet urine/stains, most all taken care of the first visit, I was concerned that there was still a faint odor left and a couple of stains that were not completely gone.
I called with my concerns joe came back and got the stains out and retreated the urine odors. Joe did an incredible job! Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Janet Joe did an incredible job.
