Lee truly is committed to helping his community and ensuring the customer is set up for success. He replaced the lock on our safe quickly and professionally and when I had issues, because I did not pay attention, he came right over to trouble shoot and assist. His kindness and commitment to customer service was exceptionally appreciated and very rare in this day and age. I will only call Knight Safe and Lock for our future needs.

Installed a new front door lock for me. The door had some unique challenges that required him to come back out after the initial visit. Very fast service and very polite and made sure everything worked correctly! Thanks! Highly recommend!

Lee of Knight Locksmith services is truly a blessing in our community! He replaced my front door lock with a better security lock and when I lost my key, came over to make me a new key despite his busy schedule. He is very good at what he does, ethical and kind! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Lee is very accommodating and has helped me in two locations with top of the line security locks. I highly recommend him.

He was quick to come out, friendly, professional, and opened my vehicle door in less than one minute with no damage to the vehicle. 10/10 Services Car lockouts.

Lee, the owner of Knight Safe & Lock is very professional. He did me a favor and came all the way out to Whidbey Island and opened my Snap-On tool box for me saving me the tons of money Snap-On wanted, to sell me new keys. I've personally have known Lee for over 35 years, and I will attest to his honesty and his ability to deal with ANY lock issues. He will tell you what should be done and what options are available to fix your needs, he as well has have the necessary skills to preform any job.

We were locked out of our vehicle. Called a lock smith. Waited over an hour for the other guys and gave up. We saw Knight Safe drive by while we were waiting so we called the number. The guy answered and turned right around to help, even tho he was busy. He was very friendly, efficient, and much cheaper than the other company. Highly recommend!

We called Knight Safe & Lock to see if they could help us with a sticky door lock issue we had been experiencing. Not only was I impressed with how quickly they were able to come out to our home but also with the level of professionalism and efficiency in fixing our problem. In addition to the great job Lee Mentzos did with our front door, he was also kind enough to give us some recommendations for programming automobile keys; as we are in need of another spare. We highly recommend Lee and the services of Knight Safe & Lock! Another great local Gig Harbor business.

Timely, professional service. I can't think of anything that wasn't done as promised including the follow up after the contractor's work was completed.

The two one-star reviews are totally false; they didn't even do those jobs. Fake reviews on google are all too real and disgusting. These are good people doing a good job.

Lee did some consulting work for me and saved me a bundle of money. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend! Services Service not listed.

My wife and I were visiting the area in our motor home when our deadbolt failed. I searched the internet and determined that my deadbolt was no longer manufactured and was an RV specialty item. I called another local locksmith and sent photos and they told me I would have to have my RV door drilled out to accept a new residential deadbolt. Not wanting to drill into my RV, I sought a second opinion with Knight Safe & Lock.

The Knight Safe & Lock Locksmith arrived right on time and immediately recognized the old internal mechanisms as a clone of a brand name lock. He was able to quickly build a new key core for me from scratch--using a core from the new lock that still fit into my existing OEM RV internal deadbolt which still functioned normally. It was an engineering feat and yet it took him only about 3 minutes. This locksmith is legit and is a true expert craftsman. And the price was extremely reasonable too--less than half what the other locksmith quoted me. I highly recommend Knight Safe & Lock.

I have known and used the services of Lee and Knight Safe and Lock for the past 20 plus years. I am a licensed realtor in the area and have occasion to use locksmiths quite frequently. He is the only one I trust! Today, I had Lee come out and rekey a home I will be listing and as always, his service was on time, fast and efficient. I can always count on Lee to give me an honest, straight answer of what needs to be done and will always try to save my clients money wherever and whenever possible.

He has all the equipment and tools in his van to get the job done for me right then and there. No waiting or wasted time! I am so grateful to know Lee and have him as a resource for our clients. Thank you for the amazing service!

Do NOT believe ANY 1 star review. He did an expose on fake locksmiths & scammers. Knight Safe & Lock is the REAL deal. I've had the delight of dealing with him for years. Let me just say, there's no one I would trust more to be honest, fair & damn good at what he does!

Lee is MY go-to for everything LOCK and SAFE. I am a local Realtor and refer him to ALL my buyers. Lee is timely, responsive, professional and a trouble shooter. Thanks Lee for always taking such great care of my clients

We have used Knight Safe & Lock for all of our commercial properties over the last 20 years or so. They always do a great job, show up on time and on budget. There are a few shady businesses out there that we have been burned by over the years, but Knight Safe and Lock exemplifies honesty and integrity. We were happy to cast our vote for them in the King 5 Evening magazine's Best of Western Washington Contest which they placed FIRST the last 2 years running. We wish them all the best in their next 20 years of serving Gig Harbor. Congratulations on your success, it is well deserved!

We had our house burglarized and they also stole the house keys. We were not aware that some deadbolts are not as strong as others. They kicked our back door in splitting the wood out. Thankfully we called Lee and he told us about the different types of deadbolts that were available, and arranged for our locks to be changed out with stronger locks, which was done within hours. It was so reassuring that we could rely on a fast cost efficient service.

It helped us sleep better that night. These new locks are much heavier than the locks we had from the hardware store. Lee educated us on the differences and he had many options to choose from right in his truck. We feel much safer now knowing that our doors are much more secure. Thank you for all your help it was much appreciated. Highly recommended!
