Like many people who experience the shock of a flooding disaster in their home, we had a similar experience just recently. After calling a handful of companies and being told they were busy, we called 1-800 Water Damage and they came riding in to the rescue. The team was detailed, efficient, and answered all our questions without hesitation or obfuscation.
They did everything they said they would on time and at a price that was extremely competitive for the work done. They didn't take any shortcuts and we could not have been more pleased with the work they did to restore our place to its pre-damaged state. God forbid it ever happens again, we wouldn't call anyone else. They were the best.

Hands down the nicest, most wonderful company to work with. The utmost professional and honest team. Although it was an awful experience having a leak which lead to my entire bottom story's flooring to be replaced, every one of the professionals were lovely to work with! Couldn't recommend Doug, Chris, Mike and the guys at 1800water damage enough!

I found out about the company through a realtor friend. I had major water damage under my home. They contact me within minutes and arrived at my house a short time later and started doing their thing. They followed up q uite often and they were polite and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. They handled everything for me with my home insurance and they left everything in place as it should be and they did a wonderful job

1800 water damage. Worked on my flooded basement when no one else would. I called local companies and they could not be bothered as it was not a big money maker for them. The employees worked hard to get it done and than it flooded again and we had to do it all over. Than my daughter was hit by a drunk driver and was not expected to make it and they stood by me.
They even cut the bill down to help me. Being a disabled Senior and having a company that goes above and beyond to help through this whole mess, was amazing. From the owner, his amazing secretary and the the wonderful young men that came and helped made this experience so much more tolerable. Thank-You 1800 Water Damage.

We had a dryer vent screen that was not removed after the completion of our home build. This led to a plugged dryer vent that created a condensation drip. Fast forward 5 years and we discovered mold and drywall damage in our laundry room. We called 1-800-water damage and they were on it immediately. They sent someone out same day to assess the situation and then coordinated all the various trades required to fix the damage.
They kept me in the loop via email and text. Unlike 90% of the other contractors I've worked with, these guys were on top of it. Great quality work and at a fair price. I can't recommend them enough. A++!

These people are truly there to help! We had a terrible water damage at my mother in laws home and Doug and his team showed up and really saved the day! I was having siding repaired from water damage and the siding company found mold under the siding. They suggested 1-800 water damage and it was an excellent choice. They came out quickly and assessed the damage. They were thurough in reccomending how to mitigate the problem. I had hired a different company to treat mold damage in our crawl space previously but I felt 1-800 water damage was much more through in making sure the underlying issue was fixed so we wouldn't have reoccurring problems. I will call them again if we have anymore concerns in the future.

A big thanks to Doug Stern and 1 800 Water Damage! Being in the Real Estate business for the past 10 years we run into a lot of home inspection reports with claims of mold. Mold is never something you want to see on an inspection report. Doug always comes out to investigate and on the last two transaction he has identified that there was actually no mold and that what the inspector saw was dirt on wood. Doug calmed everyone's concerns on both side of the transaction. Thanks for your expert eye!

Quick and responsive. In the end, that's what you want from a water damage and restoration service. I run a business in the Boise area that provides pressure washing among a number of other services. Rarely does our service ever cause damage to a customer's property. Unfortunately, in this instance, it did. The customer was concerned that water that leaked in through a sliding glass door would create mold under the carpet pad if left unattended.
I asked 1 800 Water Damage to come in on my company's behalf to confirm. To ensure there would be no danger of mold growing under the carpet, the team at 1 800 Water Damage took the necessary steps to correct the issue. In the end my customer was satisfied and I was left knowing that there would be no future problems as a result of the work we did.

We called Doug & his 800 Water Damage Team out in the late evening for an exterior water leak we had during the holidays. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable about our issue and addressed everything immediately to prevent further damage to our home. He followed up by visiting our home the next day and followed up over the phone each day while their equipment was in our home drying out the moisture. Doug & Nita run a first class operation and are very easy to deal with.
