We had a leak in our guest bathroom due to a broken pipe. It flooded into our hallway and our closet. It was a mess. They got a plumber out to our house and he repaired the broken pipe. They brought out machinery to dry out the walls and closet. They came out several times to check on the progress. It was a great experience! Services Water damage-related clean-up and repair.

My family had an emergency with our water heater busting and I called 1-800 water damage and Rey answered the call and was very helpful and empathetic. He was able to direct me in the right way to get our water shut off so the leak would stop and then the following morning had a Gentleman named Trenton come to the rescue with all of the equipment to measure moisture and dry out our floors and walls.
He was very helpful, kind, and had amazing communication skills daily with coming by to check on the levels and pick up the equipment. They made everything so much easier during such a stressful situation and were very professional! Highly recommend 1-800 water damage!

Great team, even the representative from the state was impressed with the job this team did, (he said I could eat off the floor if I wanted - no, thanks). The three people who helped me, Rey and Kristin among them were great about respecting my home, floors, and making sure the area was clean when they were done. They kept me updated on what was going on and answered all of my questions.
They also helped with insurance. They had tips that helped keep my young kids out of the area while the work was ongoing. The owners are great too, I got to speak with Erika when I called and she made sure I was taken care of ASAP.
