Robert and his crew were great - very professional and reasonably priced! They were able to start in a timely manner and communicated at all points of the process. They even offered to come back in 6 months time to check that the mold was taken care of and didn't come back. Great company that I would highly recommend!

1-800 was at our business within and hour of our distress call. During a down pour recently we had a roof drain back up and flooded about half of our building. Rob and his crew got right to work. They were there Saturday through Tuesday then returned Friday to clean all of the carpets. They we here when the said they would be and got the job done. I would highly recommend 1-800-Water Damage.

Robert was great! He is very efficient and professional. I didn't click the option of 'good value' because when you have the unexpected damage and loss from water damage, it hurts to have to cough up money on top of it. I've had Robert do my carpets many times in the past and not only did he do a great job at cleaning them, he was very good at explaining what he was going to do and answering the questions I've had. If he couldn't answer the questions, he said so and came back later with answers.
