TurboVision, Inc., founded in 1992, is a renowned consulting and design group that has successfully guided strategic product planning, innovative new product development, product cost reduction, technology development, new manufacturing process development, and field issue resolution for heavy-duty gas turbines, aeroderivatives, aircraft engines, other turbomachinery, other power systems, and industrial processes. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a sizeable competitive advantage in the market by utilizing well-proven engineering methods and data analytics, and adapting commercial aircraft engine technology in a novel manner.

Our highly experienced world-class engineering team consists of about 30 members, each with over 30 years of experience in a particular field. Each member is a recognized leader who has pioneered the design, data analytics, development, validation, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, field issue resolution, and/or repair of gas turbines and other industrial process systems. We have been designated as the "go-to" engineers for resolving the most difficult design and manufacturing problems, and major field issues.

TurboVision has had a long-term alliance with Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd. ("MHPS") since February 1994. This alliance has significantly improved the competitiveness of MHPS' gas turbines and its worldwide market share. Through this partnership, we have successfully upgraded and/or developed MHPS' F, G, H, and J class gas turbines, and specifically developed:

• Highest efficiency and reliability compressors, turbines, and secondary flow and sealing systems
• Durable dry low emission combustors
• High yield turbine part investment castings
• Accurate and rapid gas turbine design systems
• Trained engineering personnel in advanced gas turbine design and development

TurboVision has also founded and operated successfully efficient and innovative multinational engineering and manufacturing teams, including a "Skunk Works" type lean gas turbine design and development organization.
