Short Stay Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care
Our short stay unit is designed for individuals who need post-acute care following hospitalization and are planning to return home. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care, including short and long-term rehabilitation. Our comfortable private rooms, lively dining, and common areas bring a little bit of home to your stay. Our team is focused on your recovery, and our services include:
- Cardiac rehabilitation
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Post-cerebrovascular accident (Stroke) rehabilitation
- Respiratory/Pulmonary rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Amputation care
- Hip/Knee fractures and replacements

- Short and long-term rehabilitation
Rehabilitation Services
Our rehabilitation team designs individualized treatment programs to assist patients in returning to their normal and viable lifestyle. These programs address the patient's mobility, performance of activities of daily living, communication skills, and swallowing function. Family involvement is welcomed, and physical, occupational, and speech, wound and IV therapies are available 7 days a week, as ordered by physician.
Skilled Nursing & Complex Medical Care
Our professional team includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants, who provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our services include:
- Registered Nurses
- Licensed Vocational Nurses
- Infusion (IV) therapy, including antibiotics
- Pain management
- Wound care
- Uncontrolled/Complicated Diabetes
- Post-surgical complications
Home Care and Medical Escort Services
Our home care services provide people with healthcare and health-related services in their own homes. This allows individuals of all ages to lead healthier, happier, more independent lives. Our medical escort service also provides residents with a safe and secure method of transportation to and from medical appointments.
Activities
Providing residents with stimulating activities is an important part of improving their quality of life. We offer a variety of activities that cater to each individual's personal needs, including:

WOUNDCARE and Medical Liaison Services
Our WOUNDCARE service provides patients with advanced wound care, and our Medical Liaison service ensures seamless communication between healthcare providers. This enables our team to coordinate treatment plans and provide comprehensive care to patients.
