Instead, we provide a thorough, unbiased inspection report. We do not move personal items, insulation, appliances, or storage during the inspection, and we do not enter confined, restricted, or hazardous areas.
Our inspections do not include evaluations or tests for animal presence, animal urine/defecation, buried fuel tanks, geology, fungi, mercury, fauna, wood-destroying organisms, rodents, pests, insects, carbon monoxide, structural engineering evaluations, hydro-logical movement or pressure, asbestos, lead, treated wood, fireplaces or chimneys, HVAC capacities, flow rates, volume or efficiency; evaporator housing; or cause of systems to not function. If these are a concern, we recommend seeking an environmental testing firm or appropriate licensed contractor.
