Meet Our Dentists

At Martinez Orthodontics, we are proud to have a team of experienced and skilled orthodontists who are dedicated to providing exceptional care. Dr. Fernando Martinez and Dr. Cailynn West are highly trained and experienced orthodontists who are committed to helping our patients achieve the smile they deserve.

Dr. Cailynn West, D.M.D, M.S.D. was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from Centre College Cum Laude in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience. During her time at Centre, she lettered in both varsity basketball and softball. She went on to study at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) in 2018 with High Honors and a membership in the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society.

Dr. Fernando Martinez graduated from Duke University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then spent an additional year as a research fellow in neurobiology before continuing his education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1997 and membership in the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society.
