What party themes are available for customization?
We offer numerous curated themes including Boho Lace, Sweet Dreams, Outer Space, Unicorns, Princess Swan, Mermaid, Fairies, Coquette, Strawberries, and custom designs to match your vision.
What is included in your sleepover packages?
Packages include tents with mattresses, bedding, decorative pillows, name boards, bed trays, rugs, fairy lights, themed decor, and garlands. Additional tents and accessories can be added for extra charges.
Do you provide setup and takedown services?
Yes, we handle complete delivery, setup, styling, and pickup services for all rentals. Setup occurs no later than 3 hours before events, with pickup completed the following day.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Houston and surrounding areas including Katy, Sugar Land, and The Woodlands, plus Bay Area locations from San Jose to San Francisco and Portola Valley.
How do you handle payment and deposits?
We require a 50% deposit to secure bookings, with remaining balance due before setup. Payments are accepted via Zelle and ACH bank transfers, with security deposits for self-pickup arrangements.
