Our Services

Remote Care
In addition to our in-person services, we also offer remote care offerings centered on supporting fitness, nutrition, personal development, and business development needs. Our remote care services are designed to support women over 40 seeking to adopt the necessary mindset to create and maintain their physical fitness, weight loss, and overall wellness goals.
HighVibe Mettaversity
HighVibe Mettaversity is our learning institution, led by master instructors on a mission to spread Metta and facilitate healers on their journey to serve themselves, their families, and beyond. We offer a variety of learning experiences that are open to all, including Thai Metta Bodywork, Soleful Bodywork, Death Doula training, Energy Healing, and more.
