Services
Home Inspections
Our comprehensive home inspections evaluate structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance functionality. We identify safety hazards and maintenance issues using advanced tools like thermal imaging and drones. Clients receive detailed reports with high-resolution images and actionable recommendations.
Drone Roof Inspections
We conduct drone inspections for roofs that are too steep or hazardous to access manually. High-resolution cameras capture 4K video and images to detect leaks, wear, and structural damage. This non-invasive method ensures safety while providing precise documentation of roof conditions.
Sewer Scope
Using specialized camera equipment, we inspect sewer lines for cracks, blockages, and root intrusion. Our Internachi-certified technicians provide unbiased assessments of pipe integrity, identifying potential repair costs before they escalate into emergencies.
Pool and Spa Inspections
We evaluate pool structures, electrical systems, filtration equipment, and safety features. Our inspections cover coping, drains, and water chemistry to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify maintenance needs.
Thermography
Infrared technology detects hidden moisture, electrical hotspots, and insulation gaps. This non-destructive method reveals issues invisible to the naked eye, enabling early intervention to prevent costly damage.
