Our History

Founded in 1994 as Barton Creek Landscaping, our company was purchased by David A. Ruehlman in 1996 and rebranded as Austin Eagle Management Services, Ltd. Under the guidance of Mr. Ruehlman and Operations Manager David Ruehlman Jr., we've successfully completed numerous high-profile projects throughout the Austin area, including jobs valued in excess of one million dollars.

Meet Our Team

Our leadership team consists of industry experts with extensive experience in landscaping, engineering, and development. David A. Ruehlman, our President, is a registered Professional Land Surveyor of Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in Forestry from Stephen F Austin University. Glenn B. Beaver, our Maintenance Manager, holds a degree in Agronomy from Western Texas College and is a licensed Irrigator with a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License. Michael C. Mroski, our Irrigation Manager, brings 20 years of experience in the irrigation construction field and is a licensed irrigator.
