Our team is led by Lester H. Beans, Jr., a Jacksonville native with over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Lester is a licensed insurance agent and has a deep understanding of the industry. Simone Beans, our agency manager, has over 20 years of experience in customer service and has a degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
