Kara's passion for massage therapy stems from her own personal experiences as a caregiver for her husband, who suffered from a chronic illness. Through her journey, she discovered the healing power of touch and the importance of self-care. Kara's approach to massage therapy is holistic, encompassing the body, mind, and spirit.
