- 28-Day Lease Guarantee: If we can't lease your property within 28 days, we'll waive our first month's management fee.
- On-Time Rent Guarantee: If rent is late, we'll waive one month's management fee.
- Cancel Anytime Guarantee: Our management contracts can be canceled at any time.
- Pet Protection Guarantee: If a pet causes damage, we'll cover the cost up to $1000 above the deposit amount.
- Eviction Protection Guarantee: If an eviction is necessary, we'll cover the cost up to $1500.
- Communication Guarantee: If we don't return your call within 24 hours, we'll waive one month's management fee.
