Our president, Tami Johnson, has over 20 years of experience working with dogs and cats, and a lifetime of experience caring for pets. Tami's passion for animal welfare and her commitment to pet safety are unparalleled.

Tami has worked in various animal-related professions throughout her adult life. She managed a Petco store for numerous years, where she was responsible for the care of fish, rodents, and reptiles, as well as the store cat. Additionally, Tami worked in several veterinary offices, assisting in providing medical services for dogs and cats. For several years, she was part of the team at Guide Dogs Of America, initially working in the kennels and later in the veterinary department, where she helped provide medical care for the dogs. During her tenure, she also served as the adoption coordinator, finding new homes for retired guide dogs and those who did not pass the training or medical part of the program.
