At Mindful Wellness Coaching, our mission is to empower individuals to cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies, minds, and spirits through our various wellness programs and services. As a wellness coach, spiritual healer, and yoga and meditation teacher, I, Shraddha Hilda Oropeza, have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve a state of balance, harmony, and well-being.

Private Yoga Classes

Our private yoga classes are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our private sessions focus on cultivating awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. We offer online and in-studio sessions, accommodating clients' schedules and preferences.

Craniosacral Therapy

Our craniosacral therapy services provide a safe and gentle approach to releasing tension, stress, and trauma. This non-invasive, light-touch therapy supports individuals in dropping into deep rest and relaxation, releasing physical and emotional blockages, and promoting overall well-being.

Wellness Coaching

As an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I offer personalized coaching services to empower individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. Through our coaching sessions, we work together to identify and overcome obstacles, developing strategies for maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Yoga Teacher Mentoring

Our yoga teacher mentoring program is designed for yoga instructors and those aspiring to become certified yoga teachers. Our mentorship program provides guidance, support, and training to help you refine your teaching skills and deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy and practice.

About Shraddha Oropeza

As a wellness coach, spiritual healer, yoga and meditation teacher, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals cultivate balance, harmony, and well-being. With over 3,000 hours of teaching experience, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of yoga, meditation, and wellness coaching. My certifications include Integrative Health and Lifestyle coaching from the University of Arizona's Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and Craniosacral Therapy.
