Our Services
We currently offer three therapeutic modalities: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Cupping Therapy. Each of these services is designed to provide relaxation, pain relief, and improved overall health.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the best known-type of massage and bodywork. The main goal of Swedish Massage is to relax the entire body from head to toe by rubbing muscles and promoting healthy blood flow. This technique increases levels of oxygen in the blood, decreases muscle toxins, relieves muscle tension, and improves circulation and flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic type of massage that targets inner layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. It is highly efficient in helping to relieve chronic pain patterns and hypertension, heal injuries, decrease blood pressure, and relieve stress.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an alternative massage style that uses the application of a vacuum created by either suction or heat. The suction is used to pull the tissue upwards into the cup, allowing for the improved circulation of blood and drainage of lymph and wastes from the area.
Our Rates
We offer competitive rates for our services: 60 minutes for $95 and 90 minutes for $140. We also offer consultations to determine which therapeutic modality is best suited to your individual needs.
