This approach improves movement patterns while reducing pain and dysfunction. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques to restore normal joint mechanics and muscle function.
Trigger Point Dry Needling
Filament needles target myofascial trigger points to alleviate pain and restore muscle function. This technique effectively releases chronic muscle tension when traditional methods prove insufficient. Treatment focuses on desensitizing painful knots to improve overall mobility and comfort.
TRX Suspension Training
Portable suspension trainers develop strength, balance, and core stability simultaneously. This adaptable system accommodates all fitness levels while improving joint stability and mobility. Classes combine rehabilitation with preventive conditioning in multiple movement planes.
Canine Rehabilitation
Specialized treatment addresses mobility issues in dogs using manual therapy and movement analysis. Services include post-surgical recovery, arthritis management, and performance enhancement for working and competition dogs through tailored rehabilitation programs.
