At River Park Counseling, LLC, our mission is to provide professional, faith-based counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in Stuart, Florida. Founded by Melissa Rowell, LMHC in 2017, our counseling center specializes in working with adults, couples, teens, and children, helping them overcome barriers that hinder their personal growth, intimacy, and purpose in life.

Melissa Rowell, MS, LMHC, is a certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator, a certified Couples Communication Instructor, and Level 1 Gottman Trained Couples Counselor. Betsey Fowler, MS, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, tackling issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, and childhood emotional neglect.
