Family & Maternity Photography in Amelia Island, FL
Following Seas Photography was founded in 2013 by Ashleigh Lauber, a dedicated photographer with a passion for capturing life's fleeting moments. Our journey began when Ashleigh transitioned from her HR career to pursue full-time photography after documenting her own pregnancy and child's first year. We specialize in maternity, newborn, baby, and family portraits across Amelia Island, Florida, and Saint Marys, Georgia, with additional service areas including Jacksonville, Fernandina Beach, and Kingsland. Our approach emphasizes authenticity, focusing on candid connections and natural emotions rather than overly posed shots. With over a decade of professional experience, we combine technical expertise with artistic vision to create timeless images that preserve family memories. Our team understands the importance of these moments through personal experience as parents of two children. We maintain a commitment to nautical-inspired values of good fortune and celebration during life's significant transitions. Our portfolio includes military ceremonies, homecomings, and seasonal mini-sessions at curated locations. We utilize both on-location and studio settings to accommodate diverse client preferences. Our process includes proof galleries for image selection and optional digital enhancements to meet individual needs.
