Bakery & Cakes

Bakery & Cakes has been serving the Lake Conroe, Montgomery, and surrounding areas for 21 years. Founded in 2000, it is owned and operated by Paula J. West. Our mission is to make cakes that taste as good as they look - and we do just that. Paula has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, graduating with Honors at The Art Institute of Houston with an Associate of Applied Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management. She is a Certified Culinarian and strives to make all of her designs realistic and customer appealing. Bakery & Cakes has been featured in The Houston Chronicle's Dining Guide, the Conroe Courier, and in the Texas Co-Op Power.

Our Services

We offer a wide variety of cakes and desserts for all occasions. Our wedding cakes are homemade, never frozen, and made to order. We also provide grooms cakes, birthday cakes, and specialty cakes. If cakes are not on the menu, fear not, as we bake cupcakes, cookies, and cake pops for any occasion. Our extensive range of flavors includes White Amaretto, Italian Creme, Red Velvet, Chocolate fudge, German Chocolate, and Strawberry. Whether you're planning a wedding, birthday, or just looking for a sweet treat, we have something for everyone.

As a passionate and detail-oriented industry professional, I enjoy approaching any idea that a client presents me. A large part of my success while working with people stems from my ability to cultivate an intuitive understanding of their needs, and spearhead the project from there.
