Our Story

In 2011, Sugar Land Swim School (SLSS) was born from a passion for water safety and a desire to instil a love for swimming in the hearts of children and adults in the Sugar Land community. Founded by Catherine Tanzillo, an experienced attorney and dedicated swimmer, SLSS aims to provide exceptional swim instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Our mission is to empower individuals of all ages to build water confidence, develop strong swimming skills, and discover the joy of aquatic exercise. We believe in:
