Dr. Kimberly Schmidt is a passionate and dedicated chiropractor with a strong focus on women's health, hormones, and family wellness. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2012 and has been providing holistic health care services to the Des Moines community ever since. Dr. Kim is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques, continually taking seminars and reading books to expand her knowledge and skills.

We are proud to partner with Inner Space, a holistic wellness and movement space designed to provide a comprehensive approach to natural health and wellness. Located just south of the I235/Keo Way in Des Moines, Inner Space offers a range of services, including yoga, Himalayan salt lounges, light therapy, amethyst crystal biomats, massage therapy, mental health therapy, reiki, and sound healing.
