Our team is led by Jonas Blake, a highly experienced and professional electrical engineer, licensed to practice in Florida, Virginia, and West Virginia. Jonas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He has extensive experience in managing large-scale design-build projects, commissioning, quality control, and sustainability services. At Blake Engineering, we have extensive experience in managing large-scale design-build projects, commissioning, quality control, and sustainability services. Our team has worked on numerous projects, including:

• Ft. Benning Martin Army Community Hospital: We served as an assistant project manager and project scheduler responsible for managing various aspects of the project, including billing, budget development and tracking, change order review, crew flow, and productivity tracking.
• NAP of the Capital Region, Data Center C: We were heavily involved in the commissioning process for a highly automated 12 MW, 34.5 kV data center power system, including closed-transition buses, static transfer switches, and generator and rotary UPS backup.
• Preliminary Power Design for $1.27 Billion Private Hospital: We provided preliminary power design services for an 862-bed private hospital in Dallas, Texas.
• Lighting Design Peer-Review for Abu Dhabi International Airport: We provided lighting design peer-review services for the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
• OC Beach Resort, Traymore Hotel, and Naya Condominium LEED Certification Process: We served as a project manager for the LEED certification process for the OC Beach Resort, Traymore Hotel, and Naya Condominium in Miami, FL.
