Mindful Arts & Fitness was founded by Sabrina Mix, a seasoned martial arts instructor with over 20 years of experience in meditation, Chi Kung, Tai Chi, and fitness instruction. Sabrina's passion is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being by providing accessible and engaging programs that cater to diverse needs and goals.
